CORAL SPRINGS, Fla. – Five Oklahoma City University golfers snared academic recognition from the Women's Golf Coaches Association by taking the all-American scholar award.
Melissa Eldredge, Rachel Eckert, McKenzie McCoy, Arianna Medina and Lauryn Pritchard of the Stars met the minimum cumulative grade-point average of 3.50.
Eldredge, a junior from Eufaula, Okla., added to her academic acclaim for 2018-19. This past season, Eldredge reeled in CoSIDA academic all-American, academic all-district, NAIA scholar-athlete, Sooner Athletic Conference scholar-athlete and academic all-conference.
OCU's WGCA all-American scholar honorees joined a contingent of 1,097 women's golfers across the nation who collected the accolade.
