OKLAHOMA CITY – Oklahoma City University placed the maximum five student-athletes on the College Sports Communicators Academic All-District Softball Team, the CSC announced Tuesday.

Iliana Ashford,
Tara Hoehner,
Carlee Mollet and
Analise Rayburn all made the list, which requires sophomore or higher standing with a cumulative grade point average of 3.50 or higher while making a significant contribution on the field.

Alsip, a biomedical science major from Edmond, was first-team All-Sooner Athletic Conference with a 1.47 earned run average and a NAIA-best 30 wins

Ashford, a biomedical science major from El Reno, was an honorable mention All-SAC with a .365 batting average and 42 RBIs.

Hoehner, an exercise and sports science major from Minco, was first-team All-SAC with a team-best .472 batting average. She was fifth in the NAIA with 18 home runs and 78 RBIs.

Mollet, a psychology major from Ripley, earned second-team All-SAC. She batted .361 with 27 RBIs.

Rayburn, a data analytics major from Yukon, was SAC Player of the Year and the first player to have back-to-back 100-RBI seasons in NAIA history. She led the NAIA with 26 home runs and 101 RBIs.
