This Week in OCU Rowing

OKLAHOMA CITY – Oklahoma City competes in the Knecht Cup Regatta on Saturday and Sunday, beginning at 7:37 a.m.
 
Seventeen OCU athletes compete in nine events.

Previously:
Oklahoma City won four events at Baylor's Battle of the Brazos in March. Lucy Oney took first in the women's single and Dominykas Motiejunas won the men's single. Those two teamed up to win the mixed doubles title as well. Vojin Kovacevic and Ilija Panic won the men's pair. Alexis Fredrickson and Michelle Guzman placed second in the women's pair. Fredrickson and Kovacevik were second in the mixed double with Panic and Guzman placing third.
 
OCU Athletes Competing: Taking to the boats for the Stars this weekend are Ethan Romburgh, Ilija Panic, Steven Gwartney, Vojin Kovacevic, Pavle Glisic, Talon Denton, Santiago Arias, Ayden Ressler, Dominykas Moteijunas, Josef Fruehwirth, Andres Parraga, Keaton Knopp and Nick Burks from the men's team and Alexis Fredrickson, Michelle Guzman, Lucy Oney and Amelia Castor from the women's team.
 
About the Field: Sixty-seven clubs are represented in the regatta, which is livestreamed on YouTube here.
 
About the Regatta: The Knecht Cup began in 1999 and runs on the Cooper River in Camden County, New Jersey.
