WAXAHACHIE, Texas – Oklahoma City dropped a pair at Nelson on Friday, falling 7-1 and 3-2.
The teams will finish the series at noon on Saturday.

OCU got its lone run on an RBI single by
Brittain Brewer in the sixth inning. Brewer had two of OCU's five hits.
Cayden Maxwell took the loss, allowing three runs over five innings as the starting pitcher.
Nelson 3, OCU 2
Aiden Van Rensum started the second inning with a solo home run and
Trent Baker singled in another run in the third for a 2-0 lead.
Nelson tied the game with two runs in the fifth and walked it off in the seventh.
Baker had two of OCU's six hits in the game.
Nick Anaya took the loss, allowing one run over two innings of relief.
Bauer Brittain started and allowed two runs over four innings.
