BETHEL, Kan. – Oklahoma City competitive dance placed second in both rounds of the Thresher Invitational on Saturday.
Â
"Even through things they can not control, they still pushed through and fought hard for both rounds," said OCU volunteer
Delaney Walker. "We set a goal to score higher than we did in the first round and that's exactly what they did and I am very proud of them. They set intentions for everything they did and carried each other through each performance and that's what a true team does."
Â
The Stars scored 89.79 in the first round and 85.54 in the second.
Â
St. Ambrose won both rounds.
Â
