OKLAHOMA CITY – Avery Jansing tops the KCAC-SAC preseason women's wrestling rankings, which were released on Tuesday.
 
Oklahoma City is rated fifth in the preseason rankings with 118.5 points. Ottawa is first at 193 with Wayland Baptist at 192 in second. Texas Wesleyan is third at 170, and St. Mary is fourth at 129.
 
Following the Stars, York is sixth at 94, Friends is seventh at 92.5, Avila is eighth at 84.5 and Central Christian is ninth at 17.
 
Jansing is ranked atop the 110-pound division after her NAIA runner-up finish last season.
 
Other Stars in the top three are Natalia Posada (second at 138) and Corin Lowe (third at 145).
 
OCU begins the season at the Friends Falcon Open on Oct. 30.
