PLAINVIEW, Texas – Oklahoma City absorbed its first Sooner Athletic Conference road loss on Saturday falling at Wayland Baptist, 72-65.
 
The Stars shot 25 percent in the first half and trailed 28-21 at halftime.
 
Jonas Carlisle had 21 points, eight rebounds and six assists. Brian Alexander and Destin Jenkins added 12 points each with Jenkins getting eight rebounds.
 
The Stars return to action Thursday when they host Mid-America Christian at 8 p.m.
