The Abe Lemons Classic is a major fund raiser for OCU Athletics and an essential budget-enhancing event for all 22 varsity sports. Through its history, the tournament has provided six-figure funding to athletics, and had a major impact on OCU teams winning at least one national team title in each of those years.
